Despite the jingoistic rants of another review, I have actually used this product and a few gentle strokes put my paring, chef and boning knives back into a razor-sharp mode. This is a very small item, and would be great to carry in a tackle box or small tool kit or just to throw into that kitchen drawer for easy access.

This caulk is applied easily and does a great job. However, after its expiration date it will not cure. Result is a sticky mess that is a pain to clean up and do over. There are also reports of a bad batch that would not cure, even when fresh. To avoid this, I recommend running a trial bead before doing your real job.
